Description of the brand and the team:
As part of the regional team Store Design and Visual Merchandising Estée Lauder, you will assist the Store Designer and Visual merchandising designers for various project (Merchandising guideline, Store opening…).
Key responsibilities:
Key tasks:
In support of the EMEA (Europe/ Middle East/ Africa) SD & VM team of the Estée Lauder brand, you will support Store Designer and Visual Merchandising team:
SD tasks
Adaptation of guidelines for the creation of spaces according to market demands
Production of 3D images (sketchup) for internal and external validation
Realization of preliminary plan packages (APS) to markets
Production of technical plans (APD) for markets and shopfitters
Production monitoring (validation of shopfitters' technical plans, verification of production up to remote installation)
VM tasks
Adaptation of global guideline for product launch
Production of technical drawings for local production
Follow up we affiliates
Design of specific POSM element and/or trade element to answer local needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Level: Interior Design course, 3rd year minimum

Required Language Proficiency: French, English (mendatory)

Additional Job Specifications:

- Comfortable using Mac

- Comfortable using Sketchup, Autocad, Suite Adobe softwares

- Rendering software is a plus (Keyshot, Vray, Endscape)

- Capability to work in a team environment, very good interpersonal skills

- Rigorous

- Sense of aesthetics

- Attention to detail

- Adaptability

- Able to adapt to both SD and VM project

- Interior design degree ideally
