OPERATING OFFICE GLOBAL GIFTING INTERN

As Global Gifting Intern at Coty, you will help implementing the gifting strategy. This Global Gifting Intern role offers a unique cross-functional perspective within the beauty sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Gifting Intern, your main focus will be gifting execution complying with Coty KPI (C1% / promo rate / VAR / NR).

You will support the Operating Office Gifting team in delivering Coty's global gifting execution for a dedicated cluster of iconic brands. This role leads multi-functional projects, working closely with Marketing, Trade, Finance, Markets and Divisional Planning to maximize business impact and campaign efficiency.

Your main focus:

* Support on building winning giftsets line-ups based on market trends and past year sell in/ sell out performance

* Assist in managing sets commercial execution and ensuring timing accuracy aligned with CPS

* Help in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring forecasts and shipments to NR landing and to avoid VAR

* Contribute to post-mortem analysis to identify areas for campaign optimization.

* Track competitive and gifting benchmarking to catch new trends.

The team consists of four (Global Gifting Managers) and you will work closely together with several departments such as Marketing, Trade, Finance and Divisional Planning. You like to explore market trends and organize complex information to support strategy. As an experienced Global Gifting Intern, you demonstrate rigor and strong attention to detail, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

* Master Excel tools like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

* Demonstrate rigor in handling multiple project deadlines simultaneously.

* Ease in learning and in navigating data management tools with analytical mindset.

* Communicate fluently in English with diverse internal stakeholders.
