Through our financial advisory business, Lazard advises clients around the world on strategic and financial matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure and capital raising. We are seeking an intern for our Financial Institution Group (FIG) team.

The internship will start in July 2026, for a period of 6 months. This position is based in Paris.

We'll trust you to:

Contribute to the development of:

* Financial models
* Equity analyses
* Sector research
* Market studies, etc.

During your internship, you will notably have the opportunity to participate in (i) the preparation of marketing presentations, (ii) execution phases, and (iii) liaising with clients and advisors involved in various transactions.

You'll need to have:

* Final-year student or in the second part of a gap year from a top Business School or Engineering School, or enrolled in a Master's degree (M2) with a specialization in Corporate Finance / Financial Engineering
* Prior experience in the financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, corporate finance, banking, etc.)
* Prior experience in the FIG sector is mandatory
* Excellent command of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Skills in corporate finance (financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling)
* Skills in sector and strategic analysis (market analysis, competition, etc.)
* Knowledge of databases (Mergermarket, FactSet, Bloomberg)
* You are fluent in French and English
