Global Operations analyst intern - Paris - September 2026

We are seeking for a motivated Global Operations analyst intern!

In this role, you will support the team in delivering strategic insights and operational analysis across key functions including procurement, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing.

Working closely with the Global Operations Analyst and reporting to the Head of Global Operations Analytics, you will contribute to high-impact projects that require both analytical rigor and strong stakeholder engagement. This internship offers comprehensive exposure to global operations and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic international environment.

Your key missions:
1. Procurement data management
· Coordinate and manage procurement data collection across 40+ affiliates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders at affiliates and HQ level (Finance, Procurement, IT, etc.) to validate and improve data quality.
· Analyze procurement spends by affiliate, supplier, and product category.
· Maintain and enhance dashboards and KPIs using Power BI.

2. Operations efficiencies tracking
· Support global tracking of operational efficiencies through performance analysis and reporting.

3. Data analysis & reporting
· Conduct ad hoc analyses on procurement, logistics, and manufacturing topics based on business needs.
· Create clear, data-driven reports and visualizations to support decision-making.
