Join us as a Workplace Intern and help us bring Qonto's brand-new Bonne Nouvelle HQ to life - a 10,000 m² space that will define the future workplace experience for all Paris Qontoers. You'll be on the ground every day, making sure operations run smoothly, providers hit their standards, and the opening lands without a hitch - under the guidance of Agathe, our Workplace Manager.
➡️ What you'll do
* Make the new HQ opening a success: Support the ramp-up of service providers (cleaning, security, snacking, barista, front desk) and help them meet Qonto's standards from day one.
* Build the documentation that makes us scale: Create and maintain Notion pages, contact directories, and vendor trackers so the whole team stays aligned.
* Be Agathe's eyes and ears on the ground: Receive deliveries, handle setup logistics, and keep the Bonne Nouvelle site ready and running during the July-August build-up.
* Help Qontoers feel at home: Contribute to internal comms updates, site content, and local info to help teams adopt their new workspace.
* Own the daily floor operations: Run floor checks, track and escalate issues, and follow up until every problem is resolved.

* You communicate clearly - in French and English: You flag issues early, structure your updates, and adapt your tone whether you're talking to a provider or an internal stakeholder.
* You stay calm and re-prioritize when things shift: You've handled weeks where priorities changed daily and you delivered without losing your cool.
* You have a service or hospitality background: You've worked in a customer-facing environment (hotel, restaurant, front desk, facilities) and you know what great service looks and feels like.
* You're hands-on and reliable: You're comfortable with on-the-ground, physical work - and you have no major constraints during July-August (this is peak setup season).
* You're organized and document as you go: You keep shared tools clean and useful - Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace are second nature to you.

She's building something significant with the Bonne Nouvelle opening, and she wants someone she can genuinely rely on.
