Job Description

You join our team within the Strategic Equity Capital Market (SECM) department, which is looking for a SECM Business Management Officer, for an internship of 6 months fromAugust 2026.
Strategic Equity Capital Market (SECM) is the department of Natixis that specializes in implementing equity and derivative engineering operations for its major clients. As such, it aims to offer them tailor-made solutions tailored to their equity issues (shareholdings, self-control, dilution/relution, use of derivatives, financing, etc...).
These private operations are characterized by their often strategic nature for clients, the strict confidentiality that results from them, the need for innovation and execution excellence, and the use of a wide range of tools specific to equity engineering. (options, financing, etc.) and to all corporate finance topics.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Financial management of the activity (monitoring results, booking transactions, monitoring equity and liquidity);
* Referent for external and internal communication;
* Participation in business management projects;
* Support in the various execution and monitoring tasks of the team.
