Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining the Projects & Portfolio Management team within the Business Management department, which is looking for a Project management officer, for an internship of 6 months, from September 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Control and ensure the reliability of project information, monitor project reporting campaigns: information collection, follow-up with stakeholders, consolidation of responses;
* Verify the completeness of project data in monitoring tools (basic information, statuses, indicators, etc.) and check the presence and updating of key documents in project documentation areas;
* Produce and consolidate the indicators necessary for project reporting and portfolio management;
* Contribute to the preparation of summary materials: presentations for committees, project decks, dashboards;
* Answer project managers' questions about tools, documentation and indicators, provide individual support to help them structure their data and documents;
* Participate in updating user guides and organizing or leading workshops to share best practices.
