YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Gif-sur-Yvette (91), at our Research & Innovation center starting from September 2026. Gwendal PRIGENT, Fiber Based Material Manager in the team Advanced technology Packaging will guide you through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:
* Characterization of paper-based packaging and Pack and Product interactions.
* You will set test plans, conduct analytical and laboratory tests of packaging and packaging materials.
* You will interpret data findings and make recommendations on the packaging performances.
* You will propose improvements if needed to guarantee the quality grid compliance.
* You will regularly participate in team meetings where you will present the progress of your work.
* You will be in close relationship with internal and external partners (manufacturing, suppliers, labs...) to unlock technical challenges.
* You will work on new quality tests methods and standards to bring packaging into compliance.

* Internship : Compensation from EUR1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

For this position, we are looking for someone:
* In engineering, food science, chemistry and/or materials, currently in your second year of a Master’s program (M2) or in the final year of engineering school, with a strong interest in packaging.
* You are available for a minimum 6-month internship.
* You are curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a multidisciplinary environment.
* You enjoy collaborating with others and can build positive working relationships.
* You are able to think analytically and are motivated to develop your problem-solving skills.
* You show initiative and are keen to contribute by identifying opportunities and proposing ideas.
* You are organized, reliable, and able to manage your tasks with growing autonomy.
