Role Overview
This is a short-term Onsite /hybrid internship from january until march.
We are looking for a Creative Operations & Marketing Intern who can support all aspects of the agency, from event management and marketing strategy to styling, art direction, and day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real, hands-on experience and understands that working in a creative agency means.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Community
* Assist in planning, organizing, and managing fashion events
* Support weekly / recurring events (including on-site coordination)
* Research and source event venues aligned with Modendre's aesthetic
* Help with guest lists, brand outreach, and collaborationsMarketing & Strategy
* Assist in developing marketing strategies for events and campaigns
* Contribute to content planning and brand positioning
* Help manage timelines, launches, and promotional rolloutsSocial Media & Content
* Ideate content ideas for Instagram and other platforms
* Assist with reels editing (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
* Support daily management of social media (posting, updates, event promos)
* Help maintain a cohesive visual identity across contentStyling & Art Direction
* Assist with styling projects, moodboards, and style boards
* Support art direction ideation for shoots and campaigns
* Help on set during shoots (behind-the-scenes, coordination, execution)
* Assist with sourcing garments, references, and visual researchBrand Outreach & Operations
* Reach out to brands, designers, creatives, and collaborators
* Assist with partnerships and collaborations
* Support general agency operations and project coordination

Profil recherché

Desired Profile
* Strong interest in fashion, styling, art direction, and creative marketing
* Visually driven with a good aesthetic sense
* Comfortable multitasking and handling varied responsibilities
* Basic experience with content creation and reels editing
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
* Basic French required
* Availability for Saturdays (events/shoots)
