Within Aurelie Fallon Saint-Lo team you will join the Sustainability insurance team as sustainability insurance analyst intern. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES What You'll Do Within Group Underwriting Office and with the Head of sustainable underwriting, you will support the Integration of sustainability in Property and Casualty activities within AXA and the coordination of different projects: * Contribute to developing and implementing sustainability policies and guidelines * Research on climate, biodiversity-related and just transition matters for insurance activities * Contribute to develop products and solutions to insure energy & ecological transition * Contribute to implement carbon calculation tools on the insurance scope (Insurance Associated Emissions, Claims Associated Emissions) * Contribute to develop communication tools (newsletter, article, presentations) to promote the team's work YOUR PROFILE Who You Are * Master's Degree with a background in environmental, sustainability * Strong general knowledge of key climate-related recommendations, and experience or an interest in biodiversity-related subjects * Knowledge of Climate, Environmental, Biodiversity & sustainability challenges * Research on climate, Nature, biodiversity and just transition -related matters for insurance activities * An interest in or prior experience working on climate and sustainability in financial services * Strong project management skills, able to follow complex projects with many actors * Very good writing skills in English and French* Strong IT skills: Power Point and Word and Excel * Synthesis spirit, able to catch main ideas and to organize and summarize information* At ease in a multi-cultural working environment * Strong team player, including capacity to work in transversal teams with other departments and external stakeholders * Autonomy, ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver on time * Dynamism, reactivity, commitment We encourage you to apply even if you do not fully meet all the qualifications listed.
