In your role as Comanufacturing Quality and Food Safety Intern, being part of the Quality & Food Safety team, your key responsibilities are:
* Develop a solid understanding of the end-to-end complaints management process.
* Track and monitor consumer and customer complaints throughout their lifecycle.
* Follow up with co-manufacturers to verify investigation progress and gather required information.
* Document the complaint investigation findings.
* Update the online Quality and Food Safety complaints platform with investigation status and progress.
* Support the team with additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Key requirements:

Enrolled as a Master's or Bachelor's student for the entire duration of the internship.
* Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
* For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
*
Available to start in May for a minimum of 5-6 months, 4-5 days per week.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
