Responsibilities
* Assist in order fulfilment and logistics coordination, including tracking of orders, shipments, and deliveries
* Support daily customer service logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution
* Analyze logistics data using Excel and basic analytical tools to identify trends, delays, and improvement areas
* Assist in creation and maintenance of logistics dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports
* Support coordination with warehouse, transportation, and internal CS teams
* Participate in process mapping and optimization exercises to improve service levels and turnaround time
* Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows
* Assist in handling customer-related logistics queries under team guidance
* Provide analytical and documentation support for continuous improvement projects
