Digital Goods team focuses on driving growth and supporting operations for essential everyday services such as pre-paid mobile credit, data packages, electricity, bill payments, and utilities. We collaborate across central marketing, product & tech and CX to improve service excellence and scale-up category performance. If you enjoy creating impactful campaigns, solving problems, and building seamless user experiences, you'll thrive here Responsibilities - Assist in setting up campaign and promotional assets, including banners, landing pages, and promo codes - Support collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution, including resolving any issues related to execution - Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and trackers to support campaign planning and execution - Monitor real-time campaign and promo performance; support compiling and analyzing post-campaign results when needed. - Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support for campaign and operational execution - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on learning experiences - Prepare campaign and media brief for several media such as KOL, SEM, SEO, Offline Branding
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
