Be responsible for supporting HRBP daily work, such as people management, talent management, talent mapping and sourcing etc. 2. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events. 3. Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations. 4. Maintain effective communication with business departments and follow up, handing employee inquiries and coordinating in fulfilling the inquiries while following up the results and process feedback closely

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency in English, spoken and written. Undergraduates or Masters graduating in 2026 and beyond. Any major is welcome Demonstrate interest in the human resource field.
