Within the Armani/Casa Business Unit, you will work closely with the Retail Operations Project Manager. The Retail Operations Intern acts as an operational point of reference for the stores, supporting all the behind-the-scenes activities that ensure the smooth running of retail operations.
Specifically, you will be involved in the following activities:

Responsibilities
* Provide full operational support to Armani Casa stores and sales staff
* Supervise merchandise flow: deliveries, product receiving, and verification
* Manage claims and product issues
* Support buying activities, including the management of master orders
* Monitor stock levels (incoming and outgoing goods) and maintain product assortments
* Support the planning and coordination of store deliveries
* Contribute to the definition and update of store operational policies
* Maintain a constant focus on stores' operational needs
* Support the coordination of operations for Armani Casa stores across Europe
* Support the management of store uniforms
* Coordinate retail initiatives

Descrizione profilo:

Requirements
* Degree
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
* Fluency in both Italian and English
* Strong enthusiasm and a proactive attitude
* Problem-solving mindset
* Interest in the retail industry and store operations
