About the job

For our Digital & Data Team team based in Milan we are looking as of now for a CRM Intern.
During this experience you'll be part of a dynamic team, and you'll have visibility in all company's departments and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

CRM Execution
* Creation, configuration and monitoring of CRM campaigns
* Support in customer database segmentation using demographic, behavioral, and purchase-based criteria.
* Analysis of campaign performance and preparation of KPI reports (open rate, CTR, conversions, churn, retention)
* Updating and maintenance of the customer database, ensuring data quality and consistency
* Support in designing automated customer journeys
* Contribution to the development of customer engagement and loyalty strategies
* Content for CRM campaigns
* Collaboration with all e-commerce, digital, marketing and IT teams on cross-functional activities

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this job, we believe you need to have:

* Background: marketing or economics studies
* Knowledge of data CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
* Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, and data-driven strategies
