Job Description

What will you take care of?
with this 6 months Digital Sales & Operations Internship, you will support the Automotive Aftermarket Sales Team in improving daily commercial and logistics activities through digital tools, data analysis and artificial intelligence.
You will work in a dynamic sales environment, closely interacting with commercial, supply chain and operational stakeholders, with the goal of automating low value-added activities and enabling the team to focus on high value-added tasks.
Help shaping the future: You will actively contribute to the digital evolution of sales and logistics processes, proposing new ideas and practical solutions.
Take on responsibility, you will:
* Support sales and logistics activities through data analysis and smart automation tools
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor commercial and operational KPIs
* Use AI-based tools to simplify repetitive tasks (e.g. reporting, data preparation, analysis)
* Collaborate with the team to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvement ideas
* Act as a bridge between business needs and digital solutions
* Create clear and effective visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
* Work in an international environment, interacting with colleagues worldwide

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?
Education: Master's student (or recent graduate) in Management Engineering, Digital Business, or similar fields with a strong interest in sales and business processes
Know-how & Skills:
* Basic knowledge of data analysis and digital tools
* Interest in automation, AI and business intelligence (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory)
* Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI or similar and with programming languages such as Python is an advantage
* Basic understanding of sales or supply chain processes is a plus

* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

* Ability to translate data into business insights
Languages: Fluent Italian; Good knowledge of English B2/C1
