About the job
For our Sales team based in Milan we are looking as of now for a Sales Performance Intern
During this experience you'll be part of a dynamic team and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.
About the job
* Support the implementation and adoption of the new Sales Excellence tool based on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud technology
* Contribute to the evolution of the tool by collecting feedback and identifying improvement opportunities
* Support the definition and execution of engagement initiatives for the sales force, including training activities
* Assist in monitoring cross-channel sales incentive campaigns by tracking targets, performance, and results
* Provide operational support to users (sales force and internal teams), including ticket management and resolution of key tool-related issues
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, etc.) for continuous process improvement
* Create and update Power BI reports to monitor commercial performance and key KPIs
* Good knowledge of IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of the following is considered a plus:
* Power BI
* CRM systems and tools based on Salesforce technology
* Interest in data analysis and commercial performance
* Ability to work in teams and in cross-functional environments
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactivity and problem-solving mindset
