Descripción del puesto:
* Support the team in planning and executing university engagement initiatives such as workshops, career fairs, and hiring events.
* Support the recruitment cycle for Shopee's Graduate Development Program (GDP) and internship hiring, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment data tracking.
* Assist in planning and executing employer branding initiatives via social media, university collaborations, and other partnership channels.
* Track and monitor the effectiveness of employer branding and recruitment initiatives, and provide insights for improvement.
* Conduct research and benchmarking on employer branding trends and best practices to strengthen Shopee's talent visibility
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft 365 (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
* Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut is highly preferred
* Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication competency in English, and able to liaise with stakeholders
* Have a strong affinity for hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation
* Passionate about people, services, and culture
