Chatbot Business Analyst Intern - Operations (May 2026 Intake)

Descripción del puesto:

* Perform data analysis to uncover gaps and improvement areas in chatbot performance and KPIs
* Assist in designing conversational flows with conditional logic to enhance chatbot solutions (training and guidance provided)
* Support the implementation of chatbot solution enhancements
* Perform ad-hoc problem solving to address chatbot-related issues

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science and AI relevant disciplines
* Fresh graduates within 6 months of graduating will also be considered
* Strong business acumen
* Strong problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and BM
* Self-motivated & has the passion to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Able to commit to a 3-6 months internship
