About the Role
We are looking for passionate students and driven young minds eager to kickstart their journey in software solutions support. As part of our team, you'll gain hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining high-performance backend applications, working alongside experienced engineers to ensure software stability, reliability, and efficiency.

This internship offers valuable exposure to debugging, testing, performance analysis, and cloud/virtual deployments, providing a unique opportunity to turn your technical skills into real-world impact in a collaborative and innovative environment.

* Learn cutting-edge Nokia products and technologies from the Autonomous Networks portfolio
* Participate in technical support (Software Care) analysis and root-cause investigations
* Perform software testing, validation, and documentation of test results
* Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance system stability and tune solutions performance
* Participate in cloud deployments of Nokia provisioning and orchestrations solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve software and OS performance issues

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You have:
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related IT field or a related field (students seeking for 6-months internship are encouraged to apply)
* Familiarity with Linux/ Unix
* Knowledge of any relational (Oracle, Postgres, MariaDB) or non-relational (MongoDB, Kafka, Neo4j) databases
* Understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audience

It would be nice if you also have:
* Knowledge of Linux shell-scripting or Python programming
Programming fundamentals
* Familiarity with Java software architecture and debugging Java applications
* Understanding of SOAP protocol
* Basic knowledge of cloud-native or virtualized deployments
* Practice with OpenShift/Kubernetes
* Strong problem-solving skills and passionate for software performance tuning
