JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Performs entry-level professional business support/administrative work, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility as on-the-job/formal training is received.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in gathering and documenting business needs, user requirements, and process flows
* Support analysis of current vs future-state business processes
* Help maintain requirements documentation, meeting notes, and basic business cases
* Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and system walkthroughs
* Support It projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items
* Assist with documentation related to IT policies, compliance, and quality standards.
* Follow established IT standards, methodologies, and change management processes
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Business Information Systems or related disciplines
* Understanding of IT systems and applications, business processes and Microsoft tools are required
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to learn and take feedback
* Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
