Intern, First Choice (Continuous Improvement)

Job Description:
This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in First Choice (FC) Team. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals. The FC Intern supports the planning, coordination and execution of First Choice (Continuous Improvement) initiatives. The intern will assist in data preparation, workshop activities, documentation management, and employee engagement efforts that strengthen the First Choice culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in updating FC project trackers, documentation, and SharePoint materials.
* Support the preparation of reports, charts, and improvement dashboards.
* Help monitor ongoing CI initiatives and follow up with project owners when necessary.
* Collect and prepare data for simple analysis and visualization.
* Support the creation of presentations and review packs for stakeholders.
* Conduct basic benchmarking or research to support improvement ideas.
* Assist in planning and coordinating FC workshops, PRS sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
* Prepare workshop materials and assist with logistics such as materials, photos, and minutes.
* Support communication efforts such as posters, newsletters, and internal announcements.
To be successful in this internship, these are the requirements:
* Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain. Intake for Feb 2026 onwards.
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about Continuous Improvement.
* Ability to work well with diverse teams.
* This internship location is at Subang Jaya, USJ 25.
