What will you do?
* You will support the deployment, governance, and adoption of the Performance System E2E (end-to-end) through Continuous Improvement application.
Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting end-to-end data diagnostics across operational processes using digital Lean tools, database queries, and performance analytics to identify bottlenecks, waste, and deviations.
* Developing and maintaining automated data pipelines using Power Automate, APIs, SQL queries, or cloud connectors to ensure reliable and real-time data availability.
* Building and enhancing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to track operational KPIs such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, OEE, and throughput.
* Executing root-cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Ishikawa) supported by evidence gathered through data analytics.
* Supporting CI and digitalization initiatives, including the creation of automated alerts, workflow automations, and standard reporting systems that improve process visibility and decision-making.
* Participating in Lean Office events focused on system optimization, reduction of manual work, improvement of data accessibility, and enhancement of performance monitoring.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
* Technical Skills
* Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data-driven Continuous Improvement.
* Experience working with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel), including relationships, data modeling, and KPI design.
* Exposure to Power Automate, SQL, Python, or similar tools to support process automation and data transformation.
* Ability to understand and map digital process flows, system connections, and data sources across the value chain.
Soft & Leadership Skills
* Ability to communicate complex data insights in a simple, operational-friendly manner.
* Strong project management skills to coordinate digital initiatives, including risk assessment and organization of deliverables.
* Capability to collaborate with engineers, operators, planners, and leaders to build trust in data and drive adoption of digital tools.
* Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies rapidly.

* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields (1 year per graduation)
* Experience or coursework in data analysis, automation, programming, or visualization tools.
* Demonstrated participation in improvement or digitalization projects that generated measurable impact.
* Ability to work on multiple projects, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong interest in Continuous Improvement, analytics, and digital transformation.
