What Will You Do?
* Support assembly process engineering activities for new and ongoing projects.
* Assist in documenting manufacturing and assembly processes, including work instructions, machine sheets, and process flows.
* Participate in trial runs and pilot builds, helping ensure processes are properly implemented and validated.
* Measure and analyze cycle times of equipment and assembly operations to support productivity improvements.
* Collaborate with engineers and operators to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
* Help maintain up-to-date documentation for the production line in accordance with quality standards.
* Support day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
* Contribute proactively to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
* keep the tracking of the KPIs for all the runs.
* Calculate process metrics (CpK, OEE, throughput, etc.)
*Graduation Date: June 2027 or later
*On-site availability required

What Qualifications Will Make You Successful for This Role?
* Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly lines, or production systems.
* Familiarity with process documentation, time studies, or continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma is a plus).
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data and documentation.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
* Good English communication skills (written and verbal) are a plus.
