What will you do?
* Support the management and follow-up of commercial processes, from quotation to order execution.
* Track customer requests and opportunities, keeping information updated in SAP.
* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, orders, and documentation.
* Monitor project and order status in SAP, identifying risks or delays.
* Support basic analysis of commercial and operational data to find improvement opportunities.
* Maintain constant communication with customers to provide updates and support.

* Interest in commercial operations or business processes.
* Academic or internship experience in administrative or commercial activities.
* Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
* Basic to intermediate English (preferred).
* Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work in a team and adapt to a Dynamic environment.
