Your Tasks

Kick-start your career in Finance by joining our Supply Chain Controlling Internship Program at Beiersdorf Shared Services in Poznań. This program is designed to help you grow, learn, and experience how a modern Controlling Service Center supports and creates value for all Beiersdorf affiliates across Europe. From the beginning, you will receive onboarding and training, enabling you to independently handle assigned tasks and take part in small projects with Big impact. As an Intern, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop skills that will set you up for success in your career.

Your tasks:

* Support daily activities of the Operational Controlling Team
* Participate in the UK transition project
* Calculate intercompany prices (HUB ICP) in SAP
* Assist in preparing and analyzing Supply Chain KPI reports
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including EBIT analysis
* Contribute to AI automation initiatives and process improvements
* Collaborate with various teams across the Shared Service Center (including Transport Control Center, Planning Department, Master Data Department, other Controlling areas and Accounting Team) to gain end-to-end Supply Chain insights and build cross-functional knowledge

Your Profile

* Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Ability to work independently and in a team
