Goal of the position:

Supporting all EMEA countries in terms of HR processes from system and administrative perspective.  

What will you be doing?

* Performing HR processes in line with global directions, legal standards and country specific requirements, existing policies and procedures.
* Providing answers and solutions to all incoming queries from all EMEA employees
* Ensuring accurate data updates in all HR system
* Providing active support for employees, managers and HR departments in personnel administration processes
* Conducting transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality, accordingly to agreed SLAs
* Providing answers, solutions for inquires related to HR processes/procedures
* Performing duties according to (COMPANY NAME) Code of Conduct

Who is welcomed to apply?

* Students (preferably final years) with availability of min. 30h/week

What skills are we looking for?

* Previous experience in HR in the past will be an asset
* Advanced knowledge of English language
* Good time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to work in a team
* Orientation on the details
* Able to maintain and retain confidentiality of data
* Full time availability
