This Position reports to:Junior HR Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for supporting the Employee Lifecycle Management (ELC) team in administrative tasks, including :
* archiving documents,
* receiving and sorting mail,
* preparing outgoing shipments,
* updating tools used to track incoming documentation,
* coordinating the dispatch of documents to an external archive.

Qualifications for the role
* current Student Status
* knowledge of MS Office
* good written and spoken English & Polish

About the Internship
* paid internship
* working in a modern office in Kraków
* 100% office work
* availability 20-30h per week
