Program Objective:
The Revenue Management Internship Program aims to provide students with hands-on experience in hospitality revenue optimization. Interns will learn how pricing, distribution, and data analysis drive strategic decisions in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
You'll work closely with our Revenue Manager, gaining exposure to real data, tools, and decision-making processes that shape the success of our hotels and hostels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rate & Inventory Management
* Assist in updating rates, availability, and restrictions in internal systems and external platforms (OTAs, website, GDS).
* Support the implementation of campaigns and promotions defined by the Revenue team.
2. Data Analysis
* Collect and organize data on occupancy, pricing, and market performance.
* Help analyze trends, seasonality, and customer behavior.
* Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports for the team.
* Support regarding distribution, segmentation and forecast analysis
3. Competitor Monitoring
* Track competitors' rates and offers using benchmarking tools.
* Identify potential opportunities or risks for pricing adjustments.
4. Cross Department Collaboration
* Collaborate with the Reservations, Sales, and Marketing teams on joint strategies.
* Support communication of rate updates and promotional campaigns to operational units
