Our internships can last up to 12 months.
Responsibilities

* Effectively collaborate with Production, Maintenance, or Quality teams to support daily operations.
* Assist in monitoring production lines and identifying areas for improvement.
* Participate in the analysis of key operational metrics (OEE, waste, productivity, downtime).
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S implementation on the shop floor.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
* Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
* Contribute to process optimization, automation, or cost-reduction projects.
Qualifications

* Fluent in Portuguese.
* Intermediate level of English.
* Fast learner, especially with digital tools and industrial systems.
* Strong interest and motivation to develop in Production, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, or Quality.
* Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Proactive, flexible attitude with strong teamwork skills.
* Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail abilities.
* Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to operational safety.
