Qualifications

* Academic Background: Degree in IT, Communication, Industrial Management, Management, or related field;
* Agile Passion: Strong desire to learn Scrum, Kanban, and develop an Agile Mindset;
* Communication Aptitude: Eagerness to develop strong oral and written communication, moderation, and facilitation skills. Newsletter interest is a plus;
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (oral and written);
* Tool Interest: Eagerness to learn Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
