POSITION: Commercial and Supply Chain Analyst Intern
REPORTS TO: Head of Supply and Business Analyst
DURATION: 12 Months
START DATE: July 2026
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Commercial & Supply Chain Analyst, you will support two key areas of the business: Supply & Demand Planning and Business Analysis. This role offers hands-on experience working with commercial data to support forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making in a fast-paced retail environment.
In Supply & Demand Planning, you will analyse historical sales data and business inputs to support demand forecasting and inventory planning. You will work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to help maintain accurate forecasts and healthy stock levels.
In Business Analysis, you will help prepare and circulate weekly performance reports, using data to support business updates and presentations. You will also work with teams across the business to help improve reporting processes and ensure consistency in how data is shared and used.
Most analysis is carried out using Excel, PowerPoint and internal planning systems, with a focus on practical business insights rather than technical coding or programming.
This role is well suited to someone who is analytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn, and who is interested in developing commercial and analytical skills within a dynamic beauty business.

REQUIREMENTS: Interest in retail or consumer goods industries; beauty experience a plus Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, lookups) Comfortable working with numbers and analysing datasets Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data Ability to translate data into clear and practical business insights Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative and comfortable working across multiple teams Proactive, organised and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
