As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. The Electronics & Books team at TikTok Shop partners with brands, helping them grow and succeed through tailored business development, data-driven strategy, and creator-led marketing. Our team brings together expertise in brand management, e-commerce, and social commerce within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment. We are now seeking a driven and detail-oriented intern to support the team across two key focus areas: business development and account management operation. At TikTok Shop, we're reshaping how brands connect with creators and consumers-and this is your chance to be part of it! As an intern you'll be directly involved in identifying top brands, supporting partnerships, and optimizing campaign execution. You won't be fetching coffee-you'll be making a difference. Key responsibilities include: - Research and qualify top brands and merchants for onboarding. - Support outreach efforts as a Sales Development Representative engaging with potential partners. - Assist in pipeline management, lead tracking, and CRM updates to drive growth. - Help prepare pitch decks, outreach materials, and performance reports that shape brand success. Account Management & Operations - Support brands in campaign execution and policy incentive enrollment to maximize their performance. - Collaborate with TikTok creators and agencies to match brands with influencers for high-impact partnerships. - Assist in preparing business review reports, offering insights to improve strategies. - Coordinate creator seeding and product sampling initiatives for brand promotion. - Handle daily operational tasks, proactively addressing merchant concerns and ensuring smooth workflows
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher. - Available for a full-time, 6-month internship starting immediately. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel-data-driven decision-making matters! - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Highly organized and detail-oriented, because precision leads to success. - Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. - A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. - Passionate about TikTok, e-commerce, and the Electronics & Books industry. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous internship or work experience in sales, business development, influencer marketing, or e-commerce. - Familiarity with TikTok Shop or TikTok creator content - Experience using CRM or campaign tracking tools to optimize workflows
