Talent Acquisition Project Intern (TAC) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This position will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team where you will be working on sourcing for candidates for open positions. You will take full ownership of the candidate journey and will work closely with the TA to understand needs, requirements and expectations. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period Responsibilities - Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process. - Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases. - Professional partnering with the TA Partners , hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs. - Support new project (s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams. - Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing Bachelor's/Master's degree, eligible to work in the UK, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time basis; - Demonstrate interest in human resource field. Keen to connect with people; - A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for turning insights into action; - Very organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
