Responsibilities:
* You will assist our multinational HR department with administrative support in International Mobility (Expat management)
* Day-to-day contact with associates and all stakeholders(management, HR contacts and external service providers in different countries)
* Following internal policies and procedures
* Data maintenance and reporting
* Participating in process improvement
* Ad-hoc administrative tasks
* You will develop experience working in one of the functional areas with the opportunity to work on cross-functional tasks as well.
* You will be working side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Képzettség

Requirements:
* You have an active full-time student status at a college or university, pursuing a BA or MA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
* You can work with us for a period of at least 6 months, for at least 30 hours per week
* You have advanced English skills (written and spoken). Other languages are beneficial.
* You are enthusiastic to develop yourself in the field of HR, while being able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills
