We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our Procurement team and would be able to work around 20 hours per week!
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Sourcing & Market Analysis
* Support conducting market research and benchmarking for warehousing, distribution, and freight services.
* Assist in preparing sourcing events aligned with global and regional objectives.
* Contracting & Compliance
* Support contract management activities (monitoring expiration date, archiving).
* Cost Analysis & Savings Initiatives
* Help preparing cost models and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
* Contribute to monitor spend data, savings calculations and tracking against targets.
* Project Support
* Provide administrative and analytical support for category initiatives.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Current enrolment in a local university pursuing a degree in a Finance, Business Administration or different segment.
* Fluent English (oral and written) is required
* No working experience required
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
