Product Manager Intern - Regional Bank AML (Jan to May 2026)

Descripción del puesto:

* Drive the end-to-end product development of anti-money laundering (AML) products, from ideation, design, technical development, testing and roll out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
* Design and execute screening engine test plans across markets (bank and non-bank), including data sampling, test case creation, and results validation.
* Support day-to-day system operations for MariBank Singapore (e.g., configurations, release checks, issue triage, and basic root-cause analysis).
* Contribute to LLM/AI experiments for AML scenarios (e.g., name-screening explainability, alert triage), including success metrics and A/B test design.
* Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineers, Data Analysts, Compliance, User Onboarding, Operations) to capture complex local requirements, drive integration plans, and communicate concise status/risks and decisions

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable structuring analyses and communicating findings.
* Strong analytical reasoning, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail.
* Clear written and verbal communication; able to work with cross-functional partners.
* Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
* Past internship experience in product management is preferred but not compulsory
* Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months); part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply

Monee's Regional Bank AML product team builds and scales screening and monitoring capabilities across both bank and non-bank entities, partnering closely with Compliance, Data, and Engineering. You'll work on cross-market screening engine testing, help shape control effectiveness, and get hands-on exposure to AI/LLM use cases in real AML workflows
