You'll make a difference by:

* Driving cost center controlling and analysis. You will manage budget planning, forecast uploads, and perform deep-dive analysis into support function costs to ensure financial transparency.
* Executing month-end closing and reporting activities. You will handle accruals, journal vouchers, and GL reclassifications while investigating discrepancies in financial statements.
* Optimizing order management and backlog tracking. You will monitor pending orders, perform clean-up of outstanding entries, and assist with order cancellation checks.
* Managing fixed asset lifecycles. You will maintain accurate records for company assets, including the coordination of new acquisitions and the disposal of obsolete items.
* Facilitating audit and tax compliance. You will support internal and external audit requirements (PCMB) and assist with GST reclassifications and tax audit queries.
* Maintaining master data integrity. You will manage the creation, updates, and blocking of cost and profit centers within internal management systems.

Your defining qualities:

* Strong foundation in accounting principles. You have a solid understanding of accruals, journals, and financial statement reconciliation.
* Analytical mindset with high attention to detail. You are comfortable working with large datasets to identify variances and perform trend analysis.
* Proficiency in financial software and Excel. You are adept at using spreadsheets for data manipulation and are quick to learn internal ERP or forecasting tools.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management. You can confidently follow up with various department leads to resolve financial queries.
* Organizational skills for asset and record management. You are disciplined in tracking documentation and maintaining audit-ready financial records.
* Proactive approach to process improvement. You are eager to support team-wide topics and help streamline reporting cycles and data quality.
