About Global Payment The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities - Responsible for building and expanding the global payment platform by connecting with payment partners, building internal user account and checkout experience, payment channel integration and implementing product solutions, designing payment solution for different use cases to support ByteDance Group's business international expansion. - Conduct industry and user analysis on partners' capabilities, business requirements, working with Engineering, BD and other internal stakeholders to digger optimization points for our payment product. - Conduct end-to-end product experience design and development to deliver high-quality payment products in a timely manner. Focusing on upgrading and optimizing platform products to enhance the platform's capability in improving end-user experience, operation efficiency, system stability, meeting compliance requirements, and reducing cost etc

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master Degree. - Strong analytical skills, be able to think logically and independently. - Strong execution skills with a sense of responsibility and ownership, drive projects forward and solve problems timely and efficiently. - Excellent communication skills. - Work well in a cross-functional team environment Preferred Qualifications: - Background in engineering or Computer Science is a plus.
