Job Description

You will be working closely with the Retail & Workspace Systems Product team in gathering user requirement, brainstorming, design thinking workshop, documentation, Technical Research and Analysis and involve in user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

* Assist the Product Team gathering user requirement, brainstorming, design thinking workshop, documentation, Technical Research and Analysis and involve in user acceptance testing
* Implement enhancements in response to the business unit's request
* Conduct UAT and user acceptance testing for ongoing enhancements and new system launches
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

* Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or any other related disciplines
* Proficient with Adobe XD, Azure Cloud Services or equivalent software

* Experience with Figma and Mixpanel is a plus
* Collaborative team player with good communication skills
* Possesses strong logical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail
* Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing tasks
