Job Description

You will be supporting the Southeast Asia Investment team in research, investment, and deal execution.

Responsibilities

* Support business development efforts for real estate investment and development opportunities in Southeast Asia

* Assist to carry out feasibility studies for investments

* Assist to collect market research information and research reports

* Perform administrative duties such as coordinating meetings

* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or any other related disciplines

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* Keen interest in investments and research

* Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately

* Detail-oriented and meticulous
