Job Responsibilities

* Sustainability Research & Strategic Analysis
* Conduct desktop research to understand the evolving sustainability landscape-locally, regionally, and globally.
* Benchmark the company's sustainability performance against industry peers and regulatory frameworks.
* Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
* ESG Data Collection & Reporting Support
* Assist in gathering and validating ESG-related data from internal sources for disclosure and reporting purposes.
* Support alignment with global sustainability frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, TCFD, and SDGs.
* Contribute to the preparation of sustainability reports, dashboards, and assurance documentation.
* Sustainability Communications & Engagement
* Develop content for internal and external communications that articulate the company's sustainability vision and progress.
* Support storytelling through websites, newsletters, presentations, and social media.
* Help coordinate sustainability-related campaigns, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ad Hoc Projects
* Work with teams across departments to integrate sustainability into business operations.
* Participate in other projects where needed

Job Requirements

* Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
* Familiarity with ESG frameworks and sustainability concepts is a plus.
