INTERNSHIP SUMMARY:
As part of the Regional E-Commerce team, the Regional E-Commerce Digital Marketing Intern is responsible to support the regional content development to roll out to the region to build engagement and drive our online sales conversions. S/he will also uncover business opportunities based on insights generated from past sales data. This is a hands-on role, which requires agility and a curious mind to excel in this internship.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of A. Menarini E Commerce business in Asia Pacific at a time when the company is increasing investments to future proof a strategic channel for the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Content Development: develop EC A+ content for new product launches and enhancements of existing content.
* Insights Generation: collaborate with Customer Engagement Analyst in the Business Intelligence team to develop insights from the dashboard and recommend action plan for the lead markets.
* e-store audits: conduct e-store audits based on guidelines and follow through with market PICs.
* Provide inputs to investment and promotion plans: attend periodic meetings with in-market EC leads and enablers. Propose recommendations on media investment optimization and promotions to drive sales.
* Desktop research: deep dive into lead markets' shoppers' behaviors, trends and best practices for Social Commerce campaigns.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Undergraduate students of Business/Marketing
* Well verse in Excel, PowerPoint, video and image editing software
* Strong data analysis skills
* Enjoys online shopping, well versed in Shopee/Lazada/Tik Tok mobile apps
* Strong interest in influencer marketing
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure
* Able to work both individually and as a team player
* Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality
* Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence
* Articulate, deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment
* Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
* Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare organization will be an added advantage

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
* APAC E-commerce landscape: understand the role of E-commerce (inclusive of Social Commercial) in the consumer health category. Experience how strategic investments and operational excellence's impact on the E-Commerce business.
* Consumer engagement: best practices for Social Commerce campaigns and conversion-driving E-commerce content.
* Commercial acumen: generate data-driven insights and understand how that translate into decisions to drive commercial outcomes. Understanding the strategies applied in a competitive environment.
* Business management skills - gain understanding on how to market a product in an ethical environment.
* Stakeholder Management: opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organization including marketing, medical, regulatory in the regional office and key countries and external stakeholders such as vendors.
* Project Management Skills - coordination and facilitation of different crucial elements of a business plan execution
