We are looking for an intern to join our Ecosystem Development & Engagement division from Jan-Jun 2026.
Project Scope
* Support in managing PDPC's social media accounts including content creation to engage the community, vendor management and performance monitoring
* Contribute to developing and executing communications campaigns (e.g. Privacy Awareness Week, PDP Week) that generate awareness and adoption from the public on PDPC/IMDA initiatives
* Produce clear and engaging content and (when needed) creative assets for the different target audiences across platforms (i.e. socials, website and campaigns)
* Collate and analyse social media, website and campaign performance, together with research data to recommend improvements in content creation and community engagement
Learning Outcomes
* Enhance digital marketing capabilities through hands-on experience with government social media accounts, website management, and marketing campaigns
* Foster creative problem-solving skills for making government information engaging with campaign performance and research data.
* Develop professional skills such as managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating with multiple government departments
Skills Required
* Excellent writing and editing abilities with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
* Creative problem-solving approach combined with analytical mindset for campaign optimisation
* Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
* Good proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
* Keen eye for detail and aesthetic sensibility, preferably with skills in basic design tools (i.e. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics)
