TikTok's Data Scientist team is a critical component of the platform's success, responsible for leveraging data to enhance user experience, optimize content delivery, and drive business decisions. As a leading social media app known for its short-form video content, TikTok relies heavily on data science to stay ahead in a competitive market. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. As an intern, you will work on real-world Trust & Safety problems and learn how data analysis informs responsible platform decisions at scale. - Support data analysis related to content violations, user feedback, and account risk - Assist in maintaining core metrics, dashboards, and basic monitoring, and help with preliminary issue investigation - Participate in experiment analysis (e.g., A/B testing) and policy or strategy evaluation under guidance -Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify risk patterns and potential optimization opportunities -Develop automated solutions to accelerate insight generation and improve analysis efficiency

Requerimientos del candidato/a:
