Business Development Intern - Monee Insurance (Jan to May 2026)

Descripción del puesto:

* Support business development activities for regional insurance projects, including opportunity tracking, pipeline updates, and follow-up on key action items with internal stakeholders.
* Assist in coordinating end-to-end insurance project lifecycle from a business perspective (e.g. project kick-off, requirement discussions, UAT preparation, system go-live support) to ensure commercial goals and timelines are met.
* Conduct market and competitor research on insurance products and digital insurance solutions to identify business opportunities and support product positioning.
* Collaborate with the PMO and product teams to review and improve business processes (e.g. onboarding flows, sales/servicing journeys), and help document new or enhanced processes.
* Prepare regular business performance reports and dashboards (e.g. BAU metrics, feature adoption, change requests, ad-hoc initiatives) to support management decision-making.
* Assist in preparing internal presentations, proposal materials, and meeting notes for regional insurance stakeholders to support ongoing business development initiatives

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics or other related fields
* Prior experience in consulting, analytics, banking and finance is preferred but not required
* Builder mindset, strong problem-solving skills in quantitative analysis/modelling
* Adopt a structured approach to solving problems
* Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with those internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* Proficiency in Python and SQL will be a plus, but not required
* Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months); part-time interns (6 months) who are able to commit at least 3 days a week are also welcomed to apply
