Mission
The WM Business Reporting & Analytics department focuses on data analysis and reporting, transforming large volumes of data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and success.
We're looking for a motivated Business Reporting & Analytics intern to join our team with the opportunity to work with SQL, Power BI, and analytical tools. This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience across reporting, data exploration, lightweight modeling prototypes, and data storytelling
This 6 months internship offers hands-on learning and participation in impactful projects in the field of analytics and reporting.
You will play a key role in supporting our reporting efforts by analyzing large datasets, developing impactful reports, and driving data-informed decision-making. This internship offers a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain practical experience in data analytics and reporting, while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.
Main responsibilities
* Contribute to the design and architecture of data models to improve reporting efficiency
* Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
* Assist in managing and analyzing large datasets to support reporting needs
* Collaborate with the team to define metrics, KPIs, and analytical requirements aligned with business goals
* Implement data quality checks (completeness, consistency, duplicates) and support data cleaning
* Support the team in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power-BI

Your Profile
* University degree (Bachelor or Master) or a qualification considered equivalent
* SQL: basic-intermediate (joins, CTEs, aggregations, simple window functions).
* Power BI: basic-intermediate (dashboard development, data modeling, Power Query, basic DAX)
* Up to 0-2 years of experience
* Good command of MS Office
* Fluent in English and French, an additional language is an added value
* Solution oriented team player, capable of working independently
* Stress resistant, reliable, and flexible
* Eager to learn and develop new skills in an agile organization
