Intern - Community Impact

In this role, you will be supporting our most impactful time of the year. You'll work closely with the Community Impact team to turn our corporate values into tangible community action through the following: - Support "Give Back Month": Act as a project coordinator our largest annual initiative, helping to organize volunteer events, and ensure every team member has a meaningful way to participate. - Create engaging content-from internal updates to impact summaries-that celebrates our collective contributions and inspires others to get involved. - Manage the "behind-the-scenes" details of community events, including tracking participation metrics and coordinating supplies or event materials. - Assist with various tasks such as managing donation requests, updating our impact database, and preparing materials for community events. - Conduct research on emerging community needs and impact best practices to help the team innovate our outreach efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without losing track. - You are motivated by the idea of making a positive difference and want to learn how businesses can be a force for good in the world. - You view challenges as learning opportunities and aren't afraid to ask "why" or "how can we do this better?"
