The Creator Operations team in TikTok Shop (Health & Beauty) drives growth by enabling creators to turn engaging content into e-commerce performance within the platform's "shoppertainment" model. The team manages end-to-end creator campaigns-from strategy and mechanics (e.g., vouchers, missions, creator mix) to execution-while using data and content insights to optimize engagement and conversion. They work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and creators to identify trends, unlock growth opportunities, and continuously improve campaign impact in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Operations - Support end-to-end execution of creator and cross-functional campaigns, including backend setup, campaign configuration, creator sourcing, and stakeholder coordination - Assist in developing campaign materials, briefs, and creator communications - Maintain campaign trackers and ensure smooth day-to-day campaign operations Creator & Community Management - Support management of the Health & Beauty creator community, including LINE OA communications, broadcasts, webinars, and events - Assist in delivering campaign announcements, updates, and engagement messaging to creators - Track and maintain creator contactability and engagement status Creator Sourcing & Content Insights - Identify and shortlist relevant creators for campaigns and project initiatives - Research content trends, formats, and high-performing creator behaviors within the Health & Beauty category - Support regular reporting on creator performance and content insights

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (comfortable working with data and trackers) - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks - Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about TikTok, e-commerce, and the creator ecosystem - Good analytical thinker - Comfortable with data processing Preferred Qualifications - Strong interest in Health & Beauty, content creation, or social commerce - Basic understanding of TikTok trends, creator landscape, or affiliate marketing is a plus - Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
